A group of local contortionists will soon be appearing on television.

The group, from Ontario Dance Academy, will be appearing on the long-running Children’s television Series Tiny Talent Time on CHCH-TV in Hamilton.

Dancers sent in an audition tape last summer and had their trio selected out of thousands of entries. Tiny Talent Time is a variety show that has run in various formats on CHCH since 1957.

It features children aged 12 and under demonstrating their talents in various performing arts.

The students started training in contortion this past year and will be performing and competing with the rest of Team Ontario Dance throughout Ontario over the next few months.
