Three Kingston residents charged in connection with suspected drug overdose death

A drug investigation by Lennox and Addington OPP has resulted in the arrests of three people east of Belleville.
 
25-year-old Chelsea Hilliard-Bienias, 46-year-old Benjamin Bienias, and 47-year-old Lisa Hartwick -- all from Kingston -- face charges of drug possession and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
 
Benjamin Bienias also faced three counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
 
The three of them were found at a residence on Westdale Avenue in Kingston on Friday after a search warrant was executed.
 
Before that, police were called to a residence on Main Street in Odessa on October 31 where they found a woman, 30-year- old Krista-Lin Corcoran unresponsive and later pronounced dead at the scene.
 
An arrest warrant has been issued for a fourth person -- 32-year-old Brody Whan of no fixed address for trafficking a schedule 1 substance (fentanyl and methamphetamine).
 
The investigation is continuing with assistance from both Kingston and Belleville Police.
