What makes some areas so popular with buyers?  The past year has seen very strong sales in new subdivisions throughout the Quinte region.  New builds north and west of Belleville are extremely popular, especially this past spring with many Toronto people taking advantage of the market, and buying in this area.

The 'old east hill' is always desirable, with century homes, larger lots, with mature trees and landscaping.   West Park Village was named one of the top three spots to live in Belleville, with prices falling within the 'average' range for our area, with lots to choose from with condos, side-splits, four level splits, bungalows and two storeys.

What makes an area popular is homes are either within the 'right' price range, or they esthetically provide what buyers are looking for.
