Pop-jazz vocalist Taylor Angus and her partner in life and music Logan Brown will perform on Live is Where it Lives, at Henry’s next to Signal Brewery.

The duo hailing from Perth, Ontario are appearing for one show only, Friday, March 29, bringing their uncommonly fresh but complex music to the Quinte area for the first time.

Performing over 250 shows per year, the duo, though young in years, are veterans of the stage and studio as they present an eclectic mix of styles that is difficult to categorize but one that is distinctively compelling.

“Taylor and Logan create some of the richest music I’ve heard in a long time,” says Joe Callahan, host and producer of Live is Where it Lives, “They produce a sound way beyond their years. Think Rickie Lee Jones meets Lionel Richie.”

Live is Where it Lives is recorded for television by YourTV at Henry’s (part of the Signal Brewery complex) in front of a live audience and features performances by musicians from the greater Quinte region and eastern Ontario. Hosted and produced by singer-songwriter Joe Callahan, the show is broadcast weekly on the Cogeco cable network.

Tickets for Live is Where it Lives are available at https://www.signal.beer/events-1/taylor-angus-liwil-henrys-in-corbyville and are $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the door.
