Friday, Nov. 15 – Light Up Brighton begins at 6 p.m. at the Memorial Park on Main Street. Santa Claus parade starts at 7 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 15 – Napanee Big Bright Light Show Block Party, using the 750,000 LED Christmas lights will get turned on at approximately 8:00 p.m. Come to Dundas Street early and take in the food trucks and DJ will be pumping out your favourite tunes before they light up the town! Saturday, Nov. 16 – Kingston Nighttime Santa Claus parade starts at 5 p.m. from Innovation Park at Bath Road and Princess Street, travelling down Princess to Ontario St. See details.
Sunday, Nov. 17 - Belleville Santa Claus parade starts at 4:30 p.m. Enjoy the magical lights, 70+ amazing floats, bands and the official arrival of Santa in Belleville at the 21st annual nighttime parade. The parade should take about 1 ¼ hours to pass by. Keep checking facebook page to learn about all of the pre-parade markets, parties and other special events. Food donations for Gleaners Food Bank, letters for Santa and items for the Firefighter's Toy Drive will be gratefully accepted. There is a new parade route for 2019. Sunday, Nov. 17 – Cobourg Santa Claus parade starts at 2 p.m., leaving from King St. downtown. This year’s theme is ‘traditional Canadian Christmas’. Click for route map and other details.
Saturday, Nov. 23 - Colborne Santa Claus Parade will begin at 7 p.m. and will go through downtown Colborne and Victoria Square. See events.
Sunday, Nov. 24 – Trenton Santa Claus parade starts at 4:30 p.m. from Centennial Park, then follows Campbell St., turns left on Dundas St. E, and over the bridge through downtown Trenton on Dundas St. W. dispersing at Queen St. Read story and See more details on the Facebook page.
Friday, Nov. 29 – Prince Edward County’s only nighttime parade, the Bloomfield annual holiday parade starts at 6:30 p.m. The village of Bloomfield sparkles like a magical fairyland. Main Street closes at 6 p.m. and all of the holiday lights are turned on at once. Food vendors will be on Main Street, and you can enjoy chili and hot chocolate at the Town Hall at 4 p.m. See photos of the parade and Festival of Lights.
Saturday, Nov. 30 – Foxboro Santa Claus parade starts at 12:30 p.m. at the Foxboro Public School, proceeds along Ashley Street to the Frankford Road, turning west and ending at Foxboro Foodland. See more details and photos from past parades.
Saturday, Nov. 30 - Frankford Santa Claus parade is at 2 p.m. Celebrate with bands, community floats and costume characters leading up to the Jolly Old Elf! Following the parade, join us at the Frankford Legion where kids will be treated to hotdogs, hot chocolate, s'mores and a visit from Santa. At 4:30 p.m. the Christmas Fantasy Lights will be turned on in Frankford Tourist Park. Head to the park for refreshments and live music to end the day. Saturday, Nov. 30 – Deseronto Santa Claus parade starts at 4:30 p.m. Family-friendly event with a tree lighting at the Town Hall will take place following the parade. See more details.
Saturday, Nov. 30 – Madoc Santa Claus Parade starts at 7 p.m. Visit with Santa after the parade at the Madoc Kiwanis Centre. See their Facebook page for more details.
Saturday, Nov. 30 – Campbellford Santa Claus parade starts at 3 p.m. New parade route starts at Campbellford District High School, looping through downtown by taking market Street to Front Street, to River Street and back up Doxsee Avenue. The parade will not be going across the bridge to the west side. Bring your non-perishable food times and letters to Santa. Lots of music and Santa visits after the parade in the Town Square. Sunday, Dec. 1 - Picton Santa Claus parade at 1 p.m. Music, clowns, marching bands, and the fun of a big parade. The route is along Main Street from McFarland Drive to Talbot Street. Click here for details.
Friday, Dec. 6 - Stirling Santa Claus parade at 6:30 p.m. Route has changed this year and will begin at the fairgrounds travelling east West Front Street to North Street and returning on Church Street to the fairgrounds. Click here for details.
Friday, Dec. 6 – Tyendinaga Township 4th Annual ATV Santa Claus Parade at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy free hot dogs and hot chocolate, an outside fire and Christmas music. Dress for the weather. See details on Tyendinaga’s event calendar.
Friday, Dec. 6 - Warkworth Christmas celebration starts with ‘Magic Under The Stars’ from 5 – 9 p.m. with holiday pop-up shops, music, horsedrawn wagon rides, warming stations, and more. You could win a fully decorated real Christmas tree. Raffle tickets will be on sale all weekend. Santa Claus parade at 7:00 p.m. See event calendar for more details.
Saturday, Dec. 7 – Wellington’s Who-Ville Christmas in the Village will start at 10:30 a.m. Kids crafts, photos with Santa and more. Details about this and other Christmas events will be added on the Prince Edward County website. There will not be a parade this year.
Saturday, Dec. 7 – Tweed Santa Claus Parade is happening on Victoria Street downtown at 12:30 p.m. Continue the fun after the parade at the Lions Club Hall with hot chocolate and hot dogs. Write a letter to Santa, and have a visit with the jolly man himself.
Saturday, Dec. 7 – Marmora Santa Claus parade starts at 2 p.m. Children will have a chance to meet Santa, see the reindeer and enjoy hot cocoa. See the website for the parade route.
Sunday, Dec. 8 - Consecon is having their Christmas in Consecon from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Masonic Hall with crafts, balloons, face painting and more. All activities are free. There will be breakfast at the Legion with Mrs. Claus and the Elves, a reindeer feed station, card making and so much more! The parade starts at 1 p.m. on Main Street by the bridge, heads up Country Road 29, passing Bayfield, the Legion, the Library and post office, and finishing at Mill St.-County Rd. 29- Lakeshire Drive intersection.
