A local realtor is expanding his portfolio.

Earlier this week, it was announced that ownership of Royal LePage Performance Realty, Brokerage in Ottawa has been transferred to Mark Rashotte.

Rashotte currently owns Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty, Brokerage, which serves 16 locations in the Quinte region.

A release from Royal Lepage stated this ownership change represents an opportunity for Royal LePage Performance Realty’s more than 290 agents to collaborate with the team at Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty.

It also allows both brokerages to leverage the talent and decades of combined experience and success each brings to the table.

Rashotte is taking ownership from Pierre and Danielle DeVarennes after 20 years.

This new partnership will enable 650 Realtors to serve clients in 24 offices from Port Hope to the Quebec border and up to Ottawa.
