The physician recruitment program in Quinte West is marking another success.
 
The city's physician recruitment and retention program announced in a release a third doctor has been signed to a medical services agreement.
 
The recruitment of Doctor Alicia Schreader, originally from Pembroke, comes only a month after the second physician, Matthew Steffler, was secured.
 
The program says Schreader is in private family practice in Hamilton, and she will relocate to Quinte West with her husband, starting a new family practice at 64 Ontario Street in Trenton in October.
 
All of her new patients will be taken directly from the Health Care Connect wait list.
