Lisa Smith of Frankford is hoping her luck contiues when she visits Las Vegas with some of the $100,000 she won with Encore.

Smith matched six of the seven winning numbers on her ENCORE selection for April 1 draw.

 “When I scanned my LOTTARIO plus ENCORE ticket, I saw the words, ‘Big Winner - $100,000’ appear on the screen," shesaid while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto where she picked up her winnings.. "I began shaking. I had to find a bench so that I could sit down and process it all.”

Next, she called her husband to share the good news.

“I asked him to meet me so that he could double check and verify that I was reading the prize amount correctly. Together, we went to the retailer to have my ticket validated. OLG called the store to speak with me. I couldn’t believe this was happening!
 “We called our three daughters. They were so happy for me and they told me I deserve this prize.”

Plans are in the works for Lisa’s windfall including a visit to Las Vegas and renovating the  kitchen.

"Plus, I finally get to own my car," she said. "Winning the lottery offers my family and I freedom."

ENCORE can be played in conjunction with most online lottery games for an extra $1. There is an ENCORE draw every day.

The winning ticket was purchased at Giant Tiger on Dundas Street in Trenton.
