A non-profit, charitable organization has celebrated a big milestone - the grand opening of its own space.

Belleville Chamber of Commerce CEO, Jill Raycroft along with representatives from MP Ryan Williams and MPP Todd Smith's offices, joined Marianne Smith and Rebecca Cain of the Lloyd Pearce Foundation for the celebration on Thursday.

The Lloyd Pearce Foundation, located on the first floor of the Ramada Inn in Belleville, is dedicated to inspiring breakthroughs in the way children, public educators, seniors, indigenous and other non-profits have access to resources.

The foundation provides a variety of programs and services that benefit the lower socioeconomic residents of our community.
