Officials at a local organization that provides assistance to terminally ill people want the public to see their new facility in Belleville on Thursday.
 
Hospice Quinte relocated from a building on Dundas Street East to Bayview Mall on Oct. 1, and Executive-Director Jennifer May-Anderson said they're close to community partners, there is lots of parking, and there have been numerous opportunities to speak to walk-ins about their services.
 
An open house will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, and she invites local residents to see the new location, meet the staff, and ask questions about their programs.
 
Hospice Quinte provides visiting hospice services in a person's home, long term care facilities and retirement homes, and at the hospitals in Belleville and Trenton.
