Graffiti-related mischief, vandalism at Harwood Dock

Graffiti-related mischief at the Harwood Dock in Hamilton Township is the subject of an investigation by Northumberland OPP.
Police stated it was notified of an incident sometime on Sunday where unknown suspects used black spray paint to deface a rock, a no parking sign, a plaque and the Harwood Dock sign.
The rock, located on the west side of the pier, was reportedly sprayed with a swastika symbol and the letters KKK, police stated.
The exact time frame of when the mischief occurred is unknown by police at this time.
The Northumberland Hate Crimes Officer is part of this ongoing investigation and anyone with information into the incident is asked to call the OPP or Crimestoppers.
