An anonymous group has staged a flag-burning in Kingston.

A group of at least six masked protesters yesterday (FRI) burned a large Canadian flag in the city's downtown core during the bustle of Canada Day festivities. Two of the protesters carried a Mohawk flag.

A CKWS TV reporter was at the scene and posted a video online, which has since gone viral.

It is unclear if any arrests were made, but witnesses say the protesters ran away immediately following the incident.
