The Wellington Dukes continue to keep pace in the frenetic East Division of the OJHL.
The club earned their 26th win of the season and their sixth straight game with a point after a 7-1 rout of the Caledon Admirals on Monday.
Veteran forwards Emmet Pierce (two goals, two assists), Jacob Vreugdenhil (two goals in his 150th OJHL game), David Campbell (three assists), and Brodie McDougall (one goal, two assists) combined for 12 points on the night to lead the offence.
Harrison Ballard scored for the first time in 16 games late in the first for what turned out to be the game-winner.
Jonathan Balah added his seventh of the season for the other marker and Ethan Morrow made 22 saves on the game.
Barret Joynt, Ethan Quick, Liam Whittaker, Graham Dickerson, Alex Case and Jaxen Boyer all pitched in with single assists.
Wellington outshot Caledon 52-23.
Next action for the Dukes is a date with the Lindsay Muskies on the road on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
