The diversity of artistic talent in Quinte West will be on display during Arts Quinte West’s annual Art in the Park event on July 20.
Local artists and artisans are invited to set up tents at Compass Court, downtown Trenton, to display their work and sell to the large crowds expected at this popular event.
Art in the Park, part of the DBIA’s Downtown Trenton Festival on the Bay will be featuring many local artists from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Booths for this event are free for Arts Quinte West members and $50 for guest artists and artisans. Artists will be setting up their tents to display paintings, pottery, woodturning, glass, jewelry, fabric art, mixed media and more!
“We would love to see large crowds come out to support our local artists and artisans,” said Deb Konyn, president of Arts Quinte West. “This is a fantastic opportunity to watch live demonstrations and chat with the artists about their works.” Mark your calendars and join Arts Quinte West in Compass Court, which is the small park located between the bridge and the Trent Port Fueling station. Browse through the tents full of original works and bring home a unique piece!
