A flood warning issued by the Crowe Valley Conservation Authority will remain in effect for at least a few more days.
The advisory, which was issued on April 2nd, was updated yesterday because precipitation expected next Monday could cause another increase in river and lake levels and flows..
Authority General Manager Tim Pidduck says there had been some level and flow decreases from earlier this month, beginning in the northern end of the watershed and working their way south.
He says staff will continue to monitor the situation, and will update the flood warnings when necessary.
