Rae, Jason... Suddenly at his home on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the age of 41 years.  Beloved husband to Jennifer Grol of Campbellford.  Dear son to James B. Rae of New Brunswick.  Proud brother to Shauna Rae (Dan) of London,  and Shane Rae (Alex) of Oxford, England, John Rae and Tim Rae both of New Brunswick.  Jason will be lovingly remembered by his sister in law Jessica Grol (Kyle) and by Jennifer's parents Conrad & Gabrielle Grol.  Special uncle to Finlay Rae, Poppy Rae, Jonty Rae, Jasper Fletcher and Hanna Fletcher.  Predeceased by his mother Gail Stafford.  The family will receive friends at the Weaver Family Funeral Home, 77 Second Street, Campbellford on Tuesday, September,  20, 2016 from 6-8 pm.  Celebration of Life will take place at the Community Living, 65 Bridge Street E.,  Campbellford on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 10:00 am.  As expressions of sympathy donations to the Community Living Campbellford-Brighton would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences at www.weaverfuneralhomes.com
