Scruby, Brenda Lee (nee Bowers) – peacefully, on Sunday, May 8th, 2016 at the age of 66 years, Brenda was reunited with her beloved son, Ritchie Scruby for all eternity.  She is the cherished grandmother of Claire and Kyle Scruby of Belleville. Brenda will be missed by her siblings, nieces, nephews and many, many friends.  Family and friends are invited to call at the Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West (613-968-2273) on Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St. Michael the Archangel on Saturday, May 14th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.  Cremation has taken place.  A private interment will take place at St. James Cemetery at a later date.  If desired, Brenda requested donations to the Silent Children’s Mission.
