Belleville Christmas Light Display

The City of Belleville will be launching the Christmas Season with another spectacular Christmas display at Jane Forrester Park by Myers Pier. Come and join in the fun on Friday November 16th for the countdown when the mayor of Belleville will connect the plug and the park will be turned into a veritable Christmas Wonderland. Festivities start at 5:45 p.m. Enjoy some coffee, hot apple cider, Timbits and chocolate milk. To the delight of the little ones, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand as well.

Live entertainment for the opening night will be The Stir who will be serving up Christmas Classic Rock from the new stage equipped with a sound system for everyone to hear.  And just for fun a horse-drawn wagon by The County Carriage Company will be on hand to take the folks around the park.

Franklin Coach and Tours Ltd. has again offered up their services free of charge, picking up folks starting at 5:05 p.m. at the Quinte Mall Sheltered City Bus Stop (South Side). Then on to the Richmond, Quinte Gardens, Quinte Living Centre, Belleville downtown bus terminal  and arriving at the Jane Forrester Park. Anyone is welcome to board this beautiful coach bus for free at any of these stops.
