The Festival on the Bay in Quinte West

The Festival on the Bay 2017 will take place on July 13, 14th, and 15th. 

Join downtown Trenton's annual three-day festival. 
 

HIGHLIGHTS for Thursday, July 13th:

9am to 5pm — Sidewalk sale with amazing deals, acoustic performers along the street, and food vendors bringing festival treats!

8:30pm — Free Outdoor Movie "The Secret Garden" in Fraser Park. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets!  
 

 

HIGHLIGHTS for Friday, July 14th: 

9am to 9pm — Sidewalk sale with amazing deals, acoustic performers along the street, and food vendors bringing festival treats!

9am to 3pm — Axe Throwing is taking place in Compass Court (across from TD Bank and Captain George's Fish and Chips).  Prices are $5 for solo throw or $10 for a two person competition.  Axe Throwing is brought to you by Quinte West Youth Unlimited and the Peterborough Axe Club.

1pm-4pm Bay of Quinte Boat Cruise—Scenic Cruise — On this afternoon cruise you can enjoy the scenic views of the Bay of Quinte on the water and enjoy some background music. We will depart from Fraser Park. Buy tickets for the cruise online at  Quinte West Chamber of Commerce

4pm -7pm — Little Ray's Reptile Zoo will be at Fraser Park with a selection of slithery friends to share with us. Little Ray's Reptile Zoo is "bursting at the seams with all sorts of reptiles, amphibians, insects and arachnids", so don't miss paying a visit to Fraser Park to see some of these cool creatures. Also.. Balloon Animals!

7pm — Bay of Quinte Boat Cruise—Evening Cruise — On this cruise you can enjoy live entertainment from Instant Rivalry, wine tasting, cheese and desserts. As well, on our way back in to dock we will enjoy the fireworks by Mystical Fireworks from the water! Buy tickets for the cruise online at  Quinte West Chamber of Commerce

8:30 until the fireworks start — DBIA Fraser Park Concert Series — Visit Fraser Park to see The Decades Band (Classic Rock), who will take you on a journey through the history of great music.

Dusk (approximately 9:45pm) — As part of Festival on the Bay, Mystical Distributing Co. will be providing a fireworks show!
 

HIGHLIGHTS for Saturday, July 15th: 

9am to 4pm — Sidewalk sale with amazing deals, acoustic performers along the street, and food vendors bringing festival treats!

9am — Watch and cheer on the boaters in the colourful dragon boat races at the Trenton Dragon Boat Festival!

Boats will be racing between the bridges on the Bay of Quinte, and boats will start from the Trenton Rowing and Paddling Club.

10am to 5pm — Art in the Park — Let your senses take in the mix of visual art and nature as you walk through Compass Court for Art in the Park, presented by Arts Quinte West.

12pm to 3pm — Face Painting in Fraser Park!

1pm to 3pm — Balloon Animals in Fraser Park!

12:30pm to 3:30pm — Kids Craft Making — Bring the kids to Fraser Park to make a fun snake craft, brought to you by the Quinte West Library staff.

12pm to 5pm — Take a ride on an old-fashioned trolley train! Rides are brought to you by the Trent Port Historical Society, and trains depart from the Trenton Town Hall -1861 Heritage and Cultural Centre at 55 King Street, Trenton.
