A Hastings man has a court appearance in Peterborough next month.
49-year-old Donald White will appear on June 20 to face two counts each of driving while under suspension and breach of probation and a charge of operation while prohibited.
The accused’s vehicle was also impounded for 90 days.
The charges were laid after a Peterborough County OPP officer received a report of a possible suspended driver through the Automated Licence Plate Recognition system while conducting radar patrol on Highway 115 on Sunday.
A vehicle stop was conducted and an investigation determined that the driver was disqualified from operating a motor vehicle.
