A Belleville man has been charged after an incident where someone reportedly exposed themselves in public.

On Friday, October 17th at 9:56am, Belleville Police received a report of an indecent act that occurred in the area of Moira Street West.

It was reported that an unknown male exposed himself to a female on the street before continuing to walk away.

The female victim had recorded the incident on video, and officers arrested a suspect walking along Front Street around noon.

As a result of the investigation, Todd Brown, a 60-year-old Belleville man, was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act.

He was held for a bail hearing.
