CAMPBELL, Edna Ruth (nee Morgan) R.N. - Was born in Carman on January 1, 1921 and attended school in Carman and Brighton and graduated from the Belleville General Hospital School of Nursing in 1942. She passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Belmont Nursing Home, Belleville on Friday, December 23, 2016 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Hubert James Campbell CD. Cherished mother of the late Hubert James Jr., Duncan Morgan Campbell and his wife Susan Diane of Belleville, Ruth Anne Campbell and her husband the late Anthony Cervinka of Toronto, Roderick Wilbert Campbell and his wife Sandra of Brighton and Mary Margaret "Dolly" Pargetter and her husband Gregory of Whitby. Loving Grandma of James (Lisa), Christina (Mark), Cameron (Veronique), Colin (Lisanne), Baillie, Mackenzie, Mary (Art), Duncan Jr., (Liz), Graham (Lori), Jennifer, Anthony (Melissa), Tyler (Magda), Adrienne, Sarah, Daniel (Milena), Robert, Kathleen (Liam), Steven (Erin), Kevin (Lisa) and Kristen. Great Grandma of Ayden, Liam, Jack, Halle, Zachary, Joshua, Decland, Alexander, Sean, Katelyn, Scott, Taylor, Mckaylie, Emma, Kendra, Anthony, Ethan, Hugh, Eva, Asher, Serah, Elias and Kaiden. Dear sister of Mary Campney (the late Doug). She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family of the Garrett, DiCresce, Lombardi, Morgan and Campbell Families. Predeceased by her parents Wilbert and Mary (nee Hennessy) Morgan and siblings Jack Morgan (Katrin), Harold Morgan (surviving Marjorie), Mabel Sellars (Jud), Dr. Duncan Campbell (Molly), Roderick Campbell QC., and Marvel Garrett (John). During her Professional Career Edna nursed in the counties of Northumberland, Hastings, Prince Edward and the City of Montreal. Edna was a past Regent of the Hastings and Prince Edward Regimental Chapter of the IODE, Past Board Member of the Trenton Library, a former President and Test Chairman of the Trenton Figure Skating Club and a lifetime member of the CWL of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Trenton. The family will receive friends at the Weaver Family Funeral Home - West, 170 Dundas Street West, Trenton on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 6 - 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 11 AM. Interment in the Spring at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
