Changes to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s schedule for Quinte stops

There are a few last-minute changes as Justin Trudeau makes his way through the Quinte Region on Thursday.

The prime minister will now be dropping in to Ellena's Cafe on Dundas Street East in Napanee at 4:15 p.m. That stop was originally planned for 3:15. MP Mike Bossio will be on hand and members of the public are invited.

Trudeau will then be at the Empire Theatre in Belleville on Thursday night.

It was originally scheduled from 5:45 to 7:45 pm, but his updated schedule now says the Q and A will begin around 6.

Two ASL/English Interpreters will be at the event.

He may also have to leave a few minutes earlier. He is scheduled to stay overnight at CFB Trenton, and that appearance now includes an Honour Guard at the base at 7:50 pm.

The stops are all part of a series of cross-country speaking engagements the prime minister is undertaking to start the new year.
