The Green Task Force is partnering with Hastings Stewardship Council to provide tree seedlings free-of-charge to Belleville residents on April 29 at Market Square from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.  Proof of residency is required.  Maximum 10 tree seedlings per household.  Limited quantities are available. Donations in support of local stewardship programs will be accepted.  Rain barrels will also be sold for $55, taxes included with a limit of two per household (cash only.)  Limited quantities are available.
