The 2017 YMCA of Central East Ontario’s Polar Dip is April 1 at 11 a.m. at the shoreline of the Bay of Quinte at the Quinte Rowing Club, Herchimer Ave. and Keegan Parkway in support of the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.  Pledge forms can be picked up at the YMCA Belleville branch or click here.
